We are excited for the opportunity to host your special event! Whether you are planning a bridal shower, or throwing a surprise party, we are your location for an elegant and unique experience. Room rental fees are required to be paid in full at time of booking and are non-refundable. Room Rental fees are in addition to catering cost.
The Room Rental Fees provide the following:

~Venue Set up and Tear Down
~Tables & Chairs
~Linens
~Fresh flowers and table top decor
~A gift for the Guest of Honor
~1 hour set up time for host
~Proper Tea Table Setting with China(if Proper Tea Option Chosen)
~China settings and utensils(if Buffet Option Chosen)
~Full Wait Staff
~Two bathrooms
~Classical Music
Catering Options:
Proper Tea Service $32.00 per person + tax & 20% gratuity
Proper Tea Service includes your choice of teas, a curated tea menu to be presented on three tiers, linen napkins, and a full table set with China and silverware.
Elegant Tea Buffet $20.00 per person(a la carte items may be added) +tax & 20% gratuity
Our buffet includes your choice of 6 items per guest, selected from our extensive catering menu. Additional items may be added. Teas may also be added for additional cost.

The Grand Hall
Maximum Capacity: 47
Rental Cost: $400($300 with Proper Tea Service)
Our Grand Hall boasts gorgeous chandeliers, floral motifs, and elegant candelabras. Reminiscent of an era of grandeur and elegance, this large dining room has the beauty of the past with the efficiency of today.

The Garden Room
Maximum Capacity: 25
Rental Cost: $200($150 with Proper Tea Service)
The Garden Room is alive with vibrant plants, vintage lanterns, and our own gorgeous wisteria centerpiece. As our medium size dining room, the Garden Room allows for a gathering of 20 or less and will provide a unique gathering place for your event.

The Parlour
Maximum Capacity: 15
Rental Cost: $100($75 with Proper Tea Service)
As the smallest dining room, The Parlour provides a beautiful and intimate gathering space for a small party of 12 or less. Comfortable seating, a gallery wall display, and a cozy mantel, will make you feel like you’ve stepped into your great grandmother’s parlour.
